Our Story
Oleviate was born out of a genuine love for health, movement and the intricate wisdom of the human body.
As both a Chiropractor and Pilates instructor, Dr Olivia Connor has always believed that true healing extends far beyond the temporary relief of pain - it’s about reconnecting with yourself. That means listening closely to your body’s signals, breathing deeply, and receiving care that honours who you are.

During her early years as an associate chiropractor, Olivia realised how often modern healthcare felt rushed, clinical and impersonal. Appointments were brief, spaces were stark and patients rarely felt truly seen.
Determined to create something different, she opened Oleviate Chiropractic in 2022.

From day one, Oleviate has focused on slowing down and creating a calming, earthy environment where you can exhale and feel held. Nervous system regulation, mindful movement and hands‑on care work together here, so your visits are as restorative for your mind as they are for your body. Over time, this approach has grown into a small, vibrant community of people who value feeling good in their bodies and appreciate care that’s thoughtful, tailored and never rushed.

Today, our mission remains the same as when we first opened our doors: to help you move better, feel better and keep doing what you love - all with the warmth and connection that inspired Oleviate in the first place.
